Council Chairperson Inaba stated that formal <br />letters from both Departments will be submitted to Council. <br />By a vote of nine "ayes", Bill 10 was amended with the contents of Communication 38.1. <br />Committee Member Onishi asked if Public Works will cover maintenance needs for the <br />authorized areas related to these types of legislation, and Director Ono confirmed that the <br />Department will address this. <br />Your Policy Committee on.
