Section4` pg 2 atwww.mokvonamaiicom) <br />Hoemana is a competive outrigger canoe Club that uses a borrowed, 47-year-old koa OUtrigger canoe as a <br />vessel to train, race in, educate, and foster authentic Hawaiian and Polynesian perspectives and Cultural <br />practices in canoeing, Hoemana serves a diverse mix of youth (ages 8-18) and adults (ages 19-80+) from <br />communities nnthe island u[Hawaii including members who also live onthe mainland <br />Club members comprised of children, teenagers, and adults can challenge thernselves mentally and physically <br />during practices and races using their own koa outrigger canoe as opposed to using one that is borrowed and ill- <br />fitted[o/young]uniorpedd|ersangsom*womenpadU|ers. <br />! <br />2,Ynbmliet form, describe the ways your program/service advances the CHANGE category you selected?
