Its length iu443 inches and weighs about <br />400 |b», This canoe is muoh narrower and lighter than the (borrowed) Honnu/a making it ideal for our younger <br />junior paddlers including adult paddlers uzrace in. <br />With the aid of a Waiwai Grant, Hoemana will be able to acquire and use this canoe in the latter half n[the 2O23 <br />� racing season and for the next 30 years or longer. The opportunity to purchase this koa outrigger canoe as is will <br />not entail any administrative or overhead costs, Once acquired, Hoemana will pay for any repairs the ApVipi'i <br />may need hzprepare itfor racing. <br />
