This borrowed o*nne. the Honoura was built in 1978� its length is 44'6 inches and weighs about 430 lbs While the Honoura is a good, koa racing canoe, it is a wide canoe making paddling a bit challenging for our young junior paddlers to race in, Hoemana needs its own koa outrigger racing canoe and is seeking a Waiwai Grant to buy one. The opportunity to purchase this koa outrigger canoe as is will not entail any administrative or overhead costs, Once acquired, Hoemana will pay for any repairs the ApVipi'i may need hzprepare itfor racing.
