The County <br />also seeks to grant areal property license mrpermit toDOT under HCCSection 2-12U(aX4l <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS. AS NEEDED), <br />There is no cost to the County. DOT has a contract whhSusbainobUdv Partners via a Federal -Aid Project. <br />The Counh/, collectively the departments of Parks and Recreation, Public Works, and Po|km, merely need to <br />grant permission to DOT toenter the property and ino\oU the equipment. This installation includes potential <br />servicing ofthe equipment over the included five year period ofthe K8(]4. The K4C)Amay beextended for <br />additional five year periods (options to extend) if funding remains in place for DOT to continue servicing the <br />NEVI stations, |ffunding were b]cease, itiSpossible that DOT would seek boremove the NEVI stations.
