Ordinance No. 24-33, as amended, Relating to Public <br /> Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, <br /> is hereby amended by establishing the following program appropriations: <br /> PROGRAM AMOUNT <br /> Roadway Projects $ 448,066.43 <br /> Bridge Inspection/Repair 298,710.95 <br /> Local Road Projects 746,777.37 <br /> TOTAL $ 1,493,554.75 <br /> Allotments from these program appropriations shall be made to specific projects listed on <br /> the attached Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from fuel tax revenues, <br /> in excess of what was projected in Ordinance No. 23-18. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall <br /> not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect <br /> without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br /> ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
