Funding will be through seventy- five percent of the <br /> difference in revenue from the residential tier one real property tax rate to the residential tier two <br /> real property tax rate as authorized in Ordinance 22-26. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development requests that this resolution be waived <br /> from Finance Committee and be placed on the May 21, 2025 Council agenda in order to expedite <br /> this process.
