STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 184 25 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A <br /> LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR <br /> j FOR MULTI-YEAR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS FOR THE OFFICE <br /> OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Section 10-11 of the County Charter requires that any contract, <br /> lease or other obligation requiring payment of funds from the appropriations of a <br /> later fiscal year or of more than one fiscal year be approved by resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii wishes to enter into multi-year <br /> employment contracts to implement and manage Homelessness and Housing <br /> Programs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii wishes to enter into multi-year <br /> employment contracts for one (1) Program Oversight Manager, one (1) Special <br /> Program Manager and one (1) Program Data Manager in the Office of Housing <br /> and Community Development; and <br /> WHEREAS, these employment contracts will be executed for two (2) years; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, these employment contracts will be funded by seventy-five <br /> percent of the difference in revenue from the residential tier one real property tax <br /> rate to the residential tier two real property tax rate as authorized in Ordinance 22- <br /> 26; now therefore, <br />
