BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The County of Hawaii has been leasing space at the St. Jude Episcopal Mission in Ocean View since 2006. <br /> The County intends to move to the Ocean View Community Center located at 92-8924 Leilani Circle, where <br /> they will lease approximately 3,200 square feet of the main hall for use Monday through Friday between the <br /> hours of 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. They intend to lease the space for two years with an option for an additional <br /> year.
