C. Assist interested HPD officers and recruits with the enrollment and registration <br /> processes at UH Hilo, <br /> D. Implement an invoice and payment system for courses sponsored by HPD <br /> pursuant to this MOU. <br /> E. UH Hilo provides advice and assists HPD officers with the Administration of <br /> Justice program and class requirements through the Department of Administration <br /> of Justice faculty and staff. <br /> F. Collaborate towards building a minimum cohort size of ten (10) for HPD officers <br /> to enroll in each annual cohort to meet UH System course enrollment <br /> requirements. <br /> & Coordinate on publicizing this Administration of Justice HPD cohort prograrn to <br /> HPD officers across Hawaii Island and, going forward, across the entire state. <br /> H. Work cooperatively to address updates., timelines, and deadlines in a timely <br /> manner, and communicate any curriculum or other pertinent types of changes <br /> throughout the course of the academic year. <br /> 1. Work cooperatively to promptly inform the other party of changes in campus., <br /> department, or program leadership and points of contact. <br /> J. Representatives from HPD and UH Hilo's Administration of Justice program will <br /> meet at least annually to discuss the program and any potential or planned <br /> curricular and other changes. <br /> 1 Nothing shall diminish the full autonomy of either Party, nor will any constraints or <br /> financial obligations be imposed by either Party upon the other in carrying out this MOU. <br /> 3. This MOU is in effect for five years and will be reviewed before the end of that period. <br /> Additionally, it is subject to revision or modification by mutual written agreement at any <br /> time during that period. It is also understood that either Party may terminate the MOU at <br /> any time by giving written notice at least 6 (six) months in advance to the other Party to <br /> minimize impact on students completing their degrees. This MOU shall take effect from <br /> the date of the latest signature below. <br /> 4.
