-4 OF <br /> J+t <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAVI STATE OF HAWAVI <br /> BILL NO. 66 <br /> (DRAFT 2) <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE COUNTY OF HAWAVI GENERAL PLAN 2045 <br /> AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 05-025, AS AMENDED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAPI: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this ordinance is to adopt a General Plan in compliance <br /> with Section 3-15,Hawaii County Charter and to repeal the 2005 General Plan adopted by <br /> Ordinance No. 05-025, as amended. <br /> SECTION 2. The attached document identified as Appendix A, which also includes the <br /> General Plan Land Use Maps and the Facilities Maps, is hereby adopted as the Hawaii County <br /> General Plan. <br /> SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 05-025 (2005 General Plan) and subsequent amending <br /> Ordinance Nos, 06-153, 07-070, 09-161, and 14-087 are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br /> SECTION 5.
