The purpose of this ordinance is to adopt a General Plan in compliance <br /> with Section 3-15,Hawai`i County Charter and to repeal the 2005 General Plan adopted by <br /> Ordinance No. 05-025, as amended. <br /> SECTION 2. The attached document identified as Appendix A,which also includes the <br /> General Plan Land Use Maps and the Facilities Maps, is hereby adopted as the Hawai`i County <br /> General Plan. . • <br /> SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 05-025 (2005 General Plan) and subsequent amending <br /> Ordinance Nos. 06-153, 07-070, 09-161, and 14-087 are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid,the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br /> SECTION 5.
