<br />FC-19 September 17, 2025 <br /> <br /> <br />Res. 302-25: AUTHORIZES THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF LATER FISCAL YEARS <br />AND AUTHORIZES THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE STATE OF HAWAIʻI, OFFICE OF THE AUDITOR, FOR AN <br />AUDIT OF THE EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT SYSTEM OF THE STATE OF <br />HAWAIʻI <br />Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a three-year agreement with an approximate <br />total cost of $14,400, for an audit of the schedule of employer allocations of the <br />Employees’ Retirement System of the State of Hawaiʻi, in order to meet the <br />reporting requirements under Governmental Accounting Standards Board <br />Statement No. 68, “Accounting and Financial Reporting for Pensions.” <br /> <br />Reference: Comm. 478 <br />Intr. by: Council Member Kānealiʻi-Kleinfelder (B/R) <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS FOR ORDINANCES <br /> <br />Bill 80: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 25-45, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAIʻI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2026 <br />Increases revenues in the Federal Grants – Justice Assistance Grant-Special <br />Response Team Capability Enhancement Grant account ($78,491); and <br />appropriates the same to the Justice Assistance Grant-Special Response Team <br />Capability Enhancement account, for a total appropriation of $129,028.
