COUNTY OF HAWAI`I <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAI`I <br />BILL NO. 84 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 7, SECTION 24- <br />292, SCHEDULE 40, OF THE HAWAI`I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS <br />AMENDED), RELATING TO PARKING METER ZONES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br />SECTION 1. The purpose of this ordinance is to remove the eight -hour parking meter <br />zone located at the Aupuni Center parking lot. <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 7, section 24-292, schedule 40, entitled "8 <br />hour parking meter zones", of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), is <br />amended by deleting the following listing in subsection (c), "South Hilo": <br />AA <br />.the a speeif;e.a or f eili ., 1" <br />SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. In printing this <br />ordinance, the brackets and the bracketed and stricken material need not be included. <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br />to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br />
