However, the bill was not <br />signed until July 7, 2025, making Ordinance 25-59 effective in FY 2025-26. Ordinance 25-59 <br />specifically requested amendment of the FY 2024-25 Operating Budget, Ordinance 24-32. Due <br />to timing, the appropriation could not be applied to FY 2024-25. <br />Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending Ordinance 25-45 ,the FY 2025-26 Operating <br />Budget, by appropriating this $840,000 to the Office of Management's "SS4A-County of <br />Hawaii Smart & Safe Intersection Demonstration Project" account. <br />If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Tracey Niimi, Executive Assistant of the <br />Office of Management at 961-8563. <br />Sincerely, <br />C.
