BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAPI that Ms. <br />Clare McAdam is hereby appointed as County Auditor pursuant to Section 3-18(a) of the <br />Charter. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this appointment shall take effect on December 1, <br />2025, and shall remain in effect for six years, and thereafter, until a successor is appointed. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this <br />resolution to the Honorable C.
