Page 11 <br />eti <br />I Interjurisdictional Telepsychology under the terms of this <br />2 Compact. <br />3 D. Any Compact State may require a psychologist to obtain <br />4 and retain a license to be authorized to practice in a Compact <br />5 State under circumstances not authorized by Temporary <br />6 Authorization to Practice under the terms of this Compact. <br />7 E. A Home State's license authorizes a psychologist to <br />8 practice in a Receiving State under the Authority to Practice <br />9 Interjurisdictional Telepsychology only if the Compact State: <br />10 1. Currently requires the psychologist to hold an active <br />11 E.Passport; <br />12 2. Has a mechanism in place for receiving and <br />13 investigating complaints about licensed individuals; <br />14 3. Notifies the Commission, in compliance with the terms <br />is herein, of any adverse action or significant <br />16 investigatory information regarding a licensed <br />17 individual; <br />Is 4. Requires an Identity History Summary of all applicants <br />19 at initial licensure, including the use of the results <br />20 of fingerprints or other biometric data checks compliant <br />21 with the requirements of the Federal Bureau of <br />22 Investigation (FBI), or other designee with similar <br />
