A Home State's license grants Temporary Authorization <br />5 to Practice to a psychologist in a Distant State only if the <br />6 Compact State: <br />7 1. Currently requires the psychologist to hold an active <br />a I PC; <br />9 <br />2. <br />Has a mechanism in place for receiving and <br />10 <br />investigating complaints about licensed individuals; <br />11 <br />3. <br />Notifies the Commission, in compliance with the terms <br />12 <br />herein, of any adverse action or significant <br />13 <br />investigatory information regarding a licensed <br />14 <br />individual; <br />is <br />4. <br />Requires an Identity History Summary of all applicants <br />16 <br />at initial licensure, including the use of the results <br />17 <br />of fingerprints or other biometric data checks compliant <br />is <br />with the requirements of the Federal Bureau of <br />19 <br />Investigation (FBI), or other designee with similar <br />20 <br />authority, no later than ten years after activation of <br />21 <br />the Compact; and <br />22 <br />5. <br />Complies with the Bylaws and Rules of the Commission. <br />25-068d <br />
