Page 16 <br />1 5. Have no criminal record history reported on an Identity <br />2 History Summary that violates the Rules of the <br />3 Commission; <br />4 6. Possess a current, active E.Passport; <br />5 7. Provide attestations in regard to areas of intended <br />6 practice, conformity with standards of practice, <br />7 competence in telepsychology technology; criminal <br />8 background; and knowledge and adherence to legal <br />9 requirements in the Home and Receiving States, and <br />10 provide a release of information to allow for primary <br />11 source verification in a manner specified by the <br />12 Commission; and <br />13 8. Meet other criteria as defined by the Rules of the <br />14 Commission. <br />is C. The Home State maintains authority over the license of <br />16 any psychologist practicing into a Receiving State under the <br />17 Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology. <br />is D. A psychologist practicing into a Receiving State under <br />19 the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology <br />20 will be subject to the Receiving State's scope of practice. A <br />21 Receiving State may, in accordance with that state's due process <br />22 law, limit or revoke a psychologist's Authority to Practice <br />
