If a Receiving State takes action, the state <br />5 shall promptly notify the Home State and the Commission. <br />6 E. If a psychologist's license in any Rome State, another <br />7 Compact State, or any Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional <br />8 Telepsychology in any Receiving State, is restricted, suspended <br />9 or otherwise limited, the E.Passport shall be revoked and <br />10 therefore the psychologist shall not be eligible to practice <br />11 telepsychology in a Compact State under the Authority to <br />12 Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology. <br />13 ARTTCLZ V <br />14 COMPACT TEMPORARY AXITHMUSATION TO PRACTICE <br />is A. Compact States shall also recognize the right of a <br />16 psychologist, licensed in a Compact State in conformance with <br />17 Article III, to practice temporarily in other Compact States <br />18 (Distant States) in which the psychologist is not licensed, as <br />19 provided in the Compact. <br />20 B.
