Page 25 <br />1 ARRTICLZ VIII <br />4 A. In addition to any other powers granted under state <br />s law, a Compact State's Psychology Regulatory Authority shall <br />6 have the authority under this Compact to: <br />7 1. Issue subpoenas, for both hearings and investigations, <br />8 which require the attendance and testimony of witnesses <br />9 and the production of evidence. Subpoenas issued by a <br />10 Compact State's Psychology Regulatory Authority for the <br />11 attendance and testimony of witnesses, and/or the <br />12 production of evidence from another Compact State shall <br />13 be enforced in the latter state by any court of <br />14 competent jurisdiction, according to that court's <br />is practice and procedure in considering subpoenas issued <br />16 in its own proceedings. The issuing State Psychology <br />17 Regulatory Authority shall pay any witness fees, travel <br />18 expenses, mileage and other fees required by the service <br />19 statutes of the state where the witnesses and/or <br />20 evidence are located; <br />21 2. Issue cease and desist and/or injunctive relief orders <br />22 to revoke a psychologist's Authority to Practice <br />
