Pace 26 <br />I Interjurisdictional Telepsychology and/or Temporary <br />2 Authorization to Practice; and <br />3 3. During the course of any investigation, a psychologist <br />4 may not change his/her Home State licensure. A Home <br />5 State Psychology Regulatory Authority is authorized to <br />6 complete any pending investigations of a psychologist <br />7 and to take any actions appropriate under its law. The <br />8 Home State Psychology Regulatory Authority shall <br />9 promptly report the conclusions of such investigations <br />10 to the Commission. once an investigation has been <br />11 completed, and pending the outcome of said <br />12 investigation, the psychologist may change his/her Home <br />13 State licensure. The Commission shall promptly notify <br />14 the new Home State of any such decisions as provided in <br />is the Rules of the Commission. All information provided <br />16 to the Commission or distributed by Compact States <br />17 pursuant to the psychologist shall be confidential, <br />is filed under seal and used for investigatory or <br />19 disciplinary matters. The Commission may create <br />20 additional rules for mandated or discretionary sharing <br />21 of information by Compact States. <br />22 ARTICLE XX <br />Mfff <br />
