The Commission is a body politic and an instrumentality <br />2 <br />of the Compact States; <br />3 <br />2. <br />Venue is proper and judicial proceedings by or against <br />4 <br />the Commission shall be brought solely and exclusively <br />5 <br />in a court of competent jurisdiction where the principal <br />6 <br />office of the Commission is located. The Commission may <br />7 <br />waive venue and jurisdictional defenses to the extent it <br />8 <br />adopts or consents to participate in alternative dispute <br />9 <br />resolution proceedings; and <br />10 <br />3. <br />Nothing in this Compact shall be construed to be a <br />11 <br />waiver of sovereign immunity. <br />12 <br />B. <br />Membership, Voting, and Meetings: <br />13 <br />1. <br />The Commission shall consist of one voting <br />14 <br />representative appointed by each Compact State who shall <br />is <br />serve as that state's Commissioner. The State <br />16 <br />Psychology Regulatory Authority shall appoint its <br />17 <br />delegate. This delegate shall be empowered to act on <br />is <br />behalf of the Compact State.
