The Coordinated Database administrator shall promptly <br />5 notify all Compact States of any adverse action taken against, <br />6 or significant investigative information on, any licensee in a <br />7 Compact State. <br />3 D. Compact States reporting information to the Coordinated <br />9 Database may designate information that may not be shared with <br />10 the public without the express permission of the Compact State <br />11 reporting the information. <br />12 E.
