Page 36 <br />I regulatory body responsible for psychology licensure to <br />2 sue or be sued under applicable law shall not be <br />3 affected; <br />4 3. To purchase and maintain insurance and bonds; <br />5 4. To borrow, accept or contract for services of <br />6 personnel, including, but not limited to, employees of a <br />7 Compact State; <br />9 5. To hire employees, elect or appoint officers, fix <br />9 compensation, define duties, grant such individuals <br />10 appropriate authority to carry out the purposes of the <br />11 Compact, and to establish the Commission's personnel <br />12 policies and programs relating to conflicts of interest, <br />13 qualifications of personnel, and other related personnel <br />14 matters; <br />is 6. To accept any and all appropriate donations and grants <br />16 of money, equipment, supplies, materials and services, <br />17 and to receive, utilize and dispose of the same; <br />is provided that at all times the Commission shall strive <br />19 to avoid any appearance of impropriety and/or conflict <br />20 of interest; <br />21 7.
