Page 38 aBs N V . <br />1 The elected officers shall serve as the Executive Board, <br />2 which shall have the power to act on behalf of the Commission <br />3 according to the terms of this Compact. <br />4 1. The Executive Board shall be comprised of six members: <br />5 a. Five voting members who are elected from the current <br />6 membership of the Commission by the Commission; <br />7 b. One ex-officio, nonvoting member from the recognized <br />8 membership organization composed of State and <br />9 Provincial Psychology Regulatory Authorities; <br />10 2. The ex-officio member must have served as staff or <br />11 member on a State Psychology Regulatory Authority and <br />12 will be selected by its respective organization; <br />13 3. The Commission may remove any member of the Executive <br />14 Board as provided in Bylaws; <br />is 4. The Executive Board shall meet at least annually; and <br />16 5. The Executive Board shall have the following duties and <br />17 responsibilities: <br />is a. Recommend to the entire Commission changes to the <br />19 Rules or Bylaws, changes to this Compact legislation, <br />20 fees paid by Compact States such as annual dues, and <br />21 any other applicable fees; <br />
