Prepare and recommend the budget; <br />4 <br />d. Maintain financial records on behalf of the <br />5 <br />Commission; <br />6 <br />e. Monitor Compact compliance of member states and <br />7 <br />provide compliance reports to the Commission; <br />8 <br />f. Establish additional committees as necessary; and <br />9 <br />g. Other duties as provided in Rules or Bylaws. <br />10 <br />F. <br />Financing of the Commission: <br />11 <br />1. <br />The Commission shall pay, or provide for the payment of <br />12 <br />the reasonable expenses of its establishment, <br />13 <br />organization and ongoing activities; <br />14 <br />2. <br />The Commission may accept any and all appropriate <br />is <br />revenue sources, donations and grants of money, <br />16 <br />equipment, supplies, materials and services; <br />17 <br />3. <br />The Commission may levy on and collect an annual <br />is <br />assessment from each Compact State or impose fees on <br />19 <br />other parties to cover the cost of the operations and <br />20 <br />activities of the Commission and its staff which must be <br />21 <br />in a total amount sufficient to cover its annual budget <br />22 <br />as approved each year for which revenue is not provided <br />
