NO. <br />I prohibit that person from retaining his or her own <br />2 counsel; and provided further, that the actual or <br />3 alleged act, error or omission did not result from that <br />4 person's intentional or willful or wanton misconduct; <br />5 and <br />6 3. The Commission shall indemnify and hold harmless any <br />7 member, officer, Executive Director, employee or <br />8 representative of the Commission for the amount of any <br />9 settlement or judgment obtained against that person <br />14 arising out of any actual or alleged act, error or <br />11 omission that occurred within the scope of Commission <br />12 employment, duties or responsibilities, or that such <br />13 person had a reasonable basis for believing occurred <br />14 within the scope of Commission employment, duties or <br />is responsibilities; provided that the actual or alleged <br />16 act, error or omission did not result from the <br />17 intentional or willful or wanton misconduct of that <br />is person. <br />19 ARTXCLZ ZI <br />20 RVLARIbiG <br />21 A.
