Seconded by Ms. Villegas. <br /> MS. KIMBALL: This amendment is based on the recommended guidance from <br /> Council Member Hustace to just clarify this language, and make sure there wasn't <br /> any ambiguity. I have no issues with this friendly suggestion from Council <br /> Member Hustace. I encourage everybody else to support as well. Thank you. <br /> CHR. INABA: Council Member Hustace. <br /> MR. HUSTACE: Thank you, Chair. Thank you, Council Member, for bringing <br /> this forward. It was kind of part of the discussion about the safety, security of the <br /> poultry themselves, but also the conversation about the potential impact to our <br /> native bird species and native predator bird species, especially when it comes to <br /> Avian bird flu and those sort of vectors.
