Local organizations and businesses will be engaged in creating and staffing the displays, fostering stronger community collaboration. The event will provide thousands of residents and visitors from across Hawal'i Island with free, accessible cultural and recreational experiences, including lighted pathways, photo opportunities, live performances, and seasonal attractions. Funding will also support enhanced safety and accessibility measures, such as improved lighting, clearly marked pathways, and sufficient restroom facilities. Success will be measured by the number of displays installed, the number of participating organizations and businesses, estimated attendance, and visitor feedback. By providing inclusive holiday experiences and encouraging community participation, Garden Enchantment will strengthen public engagement, promote seasonal celebration, and highlight the Gardens' cultural and natural features.
