policies or certificates showing the existence of such policies <br />shall be delivered to Owner prior to any Permittee's <br />Contractor's use of the Property. Minimum Coverage Limits <br />shall be as follows: <br />Minimum Coverage Limits for Permittee's Contractors: <br />(1) Worker's compensation insurance complying with the laws <br />of the State of Hawaii; <br />(2) Employer's liability insurance, in the amount of not less <br />than $1,000,000.00 per loss and in the aggregate; <br />(3) Comprehensive general liability insurance, including <br />contractual liability insurance in the combined single limit <br />of not less than $1,000,000.00 per loss and in the <br />aggregate; and, <br />(4) Automobile liability insurance in the amount of not less <br />than $1,000,000.00 per loss and in the aggregate for bodily <br />injury and for property damage combined <br />k) No Waste: No Hazardous Material. Permittee shall not permit <br />or conduct any activities upon the Property which is in any way <br />outside the scope of or in breach of the right of entry granted <br />herein, and Permittee shall exercise its rights so as to cause as <br />little interference as reasonably possible with the use of the <br />Property by Owner, Owner's lessees, and any other party <br />claiming under Owner. Permittee, Permittee's Authorized <br />Personnel and/or Permittee's Contractors shall not bring or <br />permit the introduction onto the Property of any "hazardous <br />substances," "hazardous wastes," "extremely hazardous <br />wastes," "hazardous materials," or "toxic substances" as such <br />terms are defined in any federal, state or local laws, ordinances, <br />regulations, rules or governmental guidance documents relating <br />to the protection of human health or the environment, including <br />without limitation, laws relating to releases, dischargesor <br />emission to air, water, land or groundwater, to the withdrawal <br />of use of groundwater, to the use, handling, storage and <br />transportation of such hazardous materials or substances. <br />1) Legal Action.
