EXHIBIT A <br /> Kilauea Recovery Grant Program Year 3 <br /> January 2026 <br /> Pdhoa Lava Zone Museum Project will restore nearly two miles of $81,991.00 <br /> privately maintained roadway from Highway <br /> Holo Lio Road Restoration, 132 to lava-locked parcels in Kapoho, <br /> Part 2 including 0.8 miles over 2018 lava flows. <br /> Reopening this deeded easement will restore <br /> legal access, support emergency response, <br /> and reconnect multiple affected properties. <br /> Pdhoa Lava Zone Museum Project will complete construction of $32,000.00 <br /> privately maintained access roads in the <br /> Malama Road Restoration Malama KIT area by finishing gravel <br /> installation on a one-mile section delayed by <br /> rising costs and road access constraints. <br /> Sub-Total of Awards for Capital Improvements $3,358,144.00 <br /> ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION <br /> Organization and Project Project Description Grant <br /> Amount <br /> 0 Maku'u Ke Kahua Project will enhance food security, $400,000.00 <br /> Community Center agricultural education, and infrastructure at <br /> the Maku'u Farmers Market and Community <br /> 0 Maku'u Mala& Farm to Center in Pdhoa. The project offers kalo <br /> Market Program workshops, farm-to-market training, and <br /> facility improvements, supporting resilient <br /> local agriculture, economic stability, and <br /> long-term community recovery in Puna. <br /> SHAC Foundation Project will expand a workforce-development $376,373.00 <br /> program rebuilding Lower Puna's orchid <br /> Orchid Floriculture industry and launching new nursery services. <br /> Workforce Development The project trains apprentices and interns, <br /> addresses agricultural labor shortages, <br /> supports entrepreneurship, and creates a <br /> replicable model for Hawai'i's floriculture <br /> and agriculture sectors. <br /> Neighborhood Place of Puna Project will serve ages 14-25 in Lower Puna $352,007.00 <br /> five days a week, providing workforce <br /> Puna 'Opio Hub development, college and career guidance, <br /> resource navigation, and life skills.
