EXHIBIT A <br /> Kilauea Recovery Grant Program Year 3 <br /> January 2026 <br /> Na Maka Haloa 0 Waipi'o Project will implement an 18-month, three- $100,000.00 <br /> Kapukini 'Ohana— 'Opae phase program restoring the Keahialaka <br /> 'Ula Restoration '6pae 'ula pond after the 2018 Kilauea <br /> eruption, combining ecological assessment, <br /> physical restoration, site protection, and long- <br /> term cultural stewardship. <br /> Hawai'i's Volcano Circus Project will deliver an 18-month, $100,000.00 <br /> community-based program in Lower Puna <br /> Red Road Resilience linking preparedness, food security, arts, <br /> Outreach education, and environmental stewardship. <br /> Centered at trusted hubs, the project builds <br /> coordination networks, hosts community <br /> events and trainings, and strengthens <br /> communication systems to increase self- <br /> reliance, leadership, and long-term resilience. <br /> Hawai'i's Volcano Circus Project develop a comprehensive emergency $42,000.00 <br /> plan for all Red Road communities, <br /> Red Road All Communities integrating resilience training, cultural and <br /> Disaster Initiative: Four environmental stewardship, volunteer <br /> Drivers for Survival and response networks, and community <br /> Recovery engagement.
