WHEREAS, leasing these Properties to nonprofit organizations for the purpose of <br />providing affordable housing supports the County's ongoing efforts to expand permanent <br />housing opportunities for underserved and vulnerable populations; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that, in <br />accordance with Section 2-120 of the Code, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and <br />directed to negotiate the disposition of certain real property to nonprofit organizations as <br />identified in Exhibit A and for the purposes hereinabove described at such rentals and on such <br />terms and conditions and deemed proper. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this <br />resolution to Diane T. Nakagawa, Director of Finance; and Kehaulani M.
