(e) Amendments should reinforce the Plan's framework. Proposed amendments shall be <br />evaluated for consistency with the overall framework of this Plan. <br />(f) Implementing regulations should stay aligned over time. Zoning, subdivision <br />regulations, and other implementing ordinances shall be reviewed and updated as necessary <br />to maintain alignment with this General Plan. <br />(g) Community -level plans should evolve alongside the islandwide framework. The <br />planning department shall coordinate updates to Community Development Plans in <br />alignment with this General Plan. <br />(h) Regular review by the legislative body reinforces accountability. At intervals <br />established by the County Council, progress reports shall be presented for legislative <br />review and discussion. <br />7 <br />
