No. 745/Bill No. 133 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 133, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 133, transmitted by Interim Fire Chief Daniel J. Volpe via Communication No. 745, <br />dated February 12, 2026, amends Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, the Operating Budget of the <br />County of Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. <br />This bill increases revenues in the Federal Grants — Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency <br />Response account ($271,447); and appropriates the same to the Staffing for Adequate Fire and <br />Emergency Response account. Funds would be used for twelve temporary slit -funded Fire Fighter <br />positions. <br />Committee Member Ashley L.
