Easement P-8 for pedestrian public access purposes (containing a total area of <br />0.159 acre) affecting Lots 73 and 88-A, being further identified as <br />TMKs:(3) 2-8-008:129 and 100, as more particularly described in Exhibit F <br />and depicted on Exhibits 1 and 1-C, attached hereto and incorporated by <br />reference herein; <br />7. Easement P-10 for pedestrian public access purposes (containing a total area <br />of 0.169 acre) affecting Lots 79 and 88-A, being further identified as <br />TMKs:(3)2-8-008:135 and 100, as more particularly described in Exhibit G <br />and depicted on Exhibits 1 and I-C, attached hereto and incorporated by <br />reference herein; <br />8.
