This park will be an entry-level park designed for all community members to use and enjoy,
and will later serve as the Neiki skatepark" when the larger design is built. Its proximity to the playground makes it
the ideal location for younger keiki to learn to skate while parents keep an eye on them and their other keiki. The
larger design, which the organization has been working on for nine years, is currently awaiting completion of the
Environmental Assessment and funding. The County has approved this DIY skatepark for immediate implementation.
The skatepark will have three ramps, a grind curb, a grind rail, a pyramid, and a flat area. The site has been selected
and approved by the County.
*43. 501(c)(3) Mission Statement
To advocate for the overall health of keiki and adults by supporting access to a variety of physical activities for timl
communities in South Kona and Ka'0
To advocate for the overall health of keiki and adults by supporting access to a variety of physical activities for t1l"I
communities in South Kona and Ka0.
!RF Budget Form.xlsx
r MMUM.
