Measurement Methods: Sign -in <br />sheets; number of sessions delivered; post -event surveys measuring knowledge gained; number of participants <br />reporting increased understanding; participation in honey tasting and hive product demonstrations. Target: 1500 total <br />attendees; 6 educational sessions; 800 participants report increased knowledge; <1000 participants engage in honey <br />tasting or hive product learning activities. 2. Expanded Youth and Family Engagement. Outcome: Increased youth and <br />family participation in science -based pollinator and animal stewardship education. Measurement Methods: Youth <br />attendance counts; number of family units; participation in interactive learning stations; follow-up requests from <br />schools; youth participation in honey or hive product demonstrations. Target: 600 youth participants; <200 family <br />units; 20 youth complete learning stations; 600 youth participate in honey or hive product activities. <br />
