tv or xx, <br />COUNTY OF HAWAI`I STATE OF HAWAI`I <br />';•ham- �: <br />BILL NO. 129 <br />(DRAFT 2) <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5, SECTION 24- <br />280, SCHEDULE 28 OF THE HAWAI`I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS <br />AMENDED), RELATING TO NO PARKING AT ANYTIME. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br />SECTION 1. The purpose of this ordinance is to prohibit parking along narrow shoulder <br />segments of AIN Drive fronting Kahalu`u Beach Park to improve safety for pedestrians and <br />motorists in the area. <br />SECTION 2.
