Introduction <br />The 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan (CP) is a requirement for Hawaii County (County) to receive federal <br />program funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). From May to August 2018, approximately 8,448 acres of land were <br />inundated by lava, 3,983 acres were isolated, and 3,000 residents were displaced.
