The final funding recommendations for both CDBG and ESG are prepared by OHCD and <br />provided to the Mayor for concurrence before being incorporated into the Annual Action Plan. <br />The Action Plan is then submitted to the Governmental Operations and External Affairs <br />Committee (GOEAC) and the County Council for authorization for the Mayor to enter into an <br />agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to receive the <br />funding. <br />2302haah <br />
