The night crew is responsible for the street cleaning <br /> function and operate from 1 ]:00 p.m. to "1:00 a.m., Sunday through Friday. Therefore, to accommodate <br /> the night crew function, we need to amend the parking prohibited hours for the subject streets to <br /> 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. The days of the week will remain the same. <br /> We request the Hawaii County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10 Section 24-281, Schedule 29 (Parking <br /> prohibited during certain hours on certain streets; tow-away zone), under (c) Hilo be amended as <br /> described in the attached draft for an ordinance.
