9. Chapter 6, Element 6.4, Section 6.4.2, is amended by adding the following language: <br />"General Plan Dashboard <br />The County shall establish a public -facing General Plan Dashboard that tracks progress <br />on all obiectives. The dashboard shall include: <br />• Real-time or regularly updated performance metrics; <br />• Geographic distribution of capital investments, <br />• Status of implementation actions, and <br />• Progress toward adopted targets." <br />10. Chapter 6, Element 6.4, Section 6.4.2, is amended by adding the following language: <br />"Recovery and Community Resilience <br />The County shall develop and monitor pre -disaster recovery plans addressing housing, <br />infrastructure restoration, economic recovery and the protection of underserved and <br />vulnerable populations. The County shall also monitor and support community resilience <br />infrastructure, including resilience hubs, community -based emergency communication <br />networks and locally coordinated preparedness programs." <br />11. Chapter 6, Element 6.4.3, is amended by adding the following language: <br />"All indicators shall be measurable, time -bound, geographically distinct where applicable <br />and linked to responsible agencies.
