COUNTY OF HAWAI`I <br />STATE OF HAWAI`I <br />Tl Of N�� <br />BILL NO. 150 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.25-45, AS AMENDED, THE <br />OPERATING BUDGET OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI°I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />ENDING NNE 30, 2026. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, is hereby amended by appropriating <br />revenues in the following amount to the fund set forth in Section 2. <br />Account No. Source Fund Amount <br />1020-430643 State Grants - Safe Routes to School - Highway $ 50,344 <br />Non -Infrastructure <br />SECTION 2. The foregoing amount as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby <br />appropriated to the fund and expenditure account as set forth hereinbelow: <br />Account No. Source Fund Amount <br />1020-21-28.125 Safe Routes to School - Non -Infrastructure Highway $ 50,344 <br />SECTION 3. A final report, or the final report required by the grantor, shall be <br />submitted to the Council upon completion of the grant program. <br />SECTION 4.
