In 2,000 characters or less, describe the measurable outcomes you aim to achieve with these <br />funds. <br />The North Kohala Tool Library will achieve several measurable outcomes to support community access and workforce <br />development. The library will operate a minimum of 15-20 hours per week and will be staffed during all open hours by <br />a tool library manager and two tool librarians per shift. NKTL will maintain an average of 160 active members per <br />month and facilitate approximately 100 tool loans each month. In addition, NKTL will partner with Kohala High School <br />to host one high school senior intern and will provide work -based learning opportunities for special needs students <br />through an ongoing partnership with the school. <br />
