(3) 2-9-002:080 FOR THE HAKALAU STREAM <br />BRIDGE REHABILITATION PROJECT <br />Transmitted herewith for Council approval is a resolution to authorize the County to enter <br />into an agreement with the federal government or other public body. The State of Hawaii, <br />Department of Transportation requires access to County property to commence construction of a <br />highway project known as Hakalau Stream Bridge Rehabilitation.
