14. Endorsements and Restrictions: <br />The following endorsements and restrictions apply to the TFO: <br />This designation form is INVALID until the TFO has taken their oath and is in possession of USPIS TFO credentials. <br />The TFO shall follow the USPIS Use of Force Policy. <br />The TFO shall adhere to the USPIS Body Worn Camera Policy. <br />The TFO will present for inventory his or her USPIS-issued TFO credentials yearly or upon request of the USPIS supervisor. <br />The TFO is authorized to fly armed while conducting official USPIS business. (IS Form 114, <br />Travel Request & Authorization is required for each instance of travel.) <br />In the event a TFO is authorized to operate a USPIS owned vehicle, it must be operated in <br />accordance with USPIS policy. <br />Other Endorsements and Restrictions: <br />-Refer to the Inspection Service Manual for a complete explanation of authorities, endorsements, and restrictions. <br />INC): <br />1 have read and understand the authorities granted to me and the <br />endorsements andrestrictions listed above; I understand them, and I <br />will comply with them. Through the <br />TFO program, USPIS enters into agreements with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies to delegate to the agencies' Law Enforcement Officers <br />(LEDs) the authority to enforce certain federal laws.
