In 2,000 characters or less, describe the measurable outcomes you aim to achieve with these <br />funds. <br />Contingency Relief Funds requested will be utilized prior to the end of Fiscal Year 2025-2026 to support planning, <br />preparation, and event -related expenses necessary for the Kohala High School Centennial Celebration to be held in <br />Kohala on July 3-5, 2026. The centennial event will celebrate Kohala High School's legacy and feature reenactments of <br />beloved school traditions, including class competitions, intramural games, and class yells. A community parade will <br />offer alumni from every graduating class the opportunity to participate and celebrate their shared history. A designated <br />class reunion area will include tents for each graduating class to gather, reconnect, and share stories, as well as a <br />staging area where musicians, halau hula, and entertainers from Kohala can showcase local talent. In addition, each <br />class will present a history exhibit highlighting memorable events, achievements, and milestones from their years at <br />Kohala High School, helping to preserve and share the school's history with the broader community. <br />
