<br />to the provisions of Chapter 19, Article 11, Section 19-90 of the Hawaii County

<br />Hawaii as of April 17, 2026, as nearly correct as may be, is as set forth below.
<br />Excluded is the value of exempt real property made taxable under the provisions
<br />of Chapter 19, Article 10, Section 19-85 of the Hawaii County Code, and
<br />excluded is the value claimed by each taxpayer who has filed an appeal plus fifty
<br />percent of the value in dispute where appeals from the director's assessments
<br />were unsettled as of April 17, 2026.
