In addition, it will strengthen Resilience Hub capacity by ensuring participating Resilience Hubs have at least 2-3 trained representatives, improving each hub's ability to activate, manage operations, and coordinate with partners during an emergency. The conference will also emphasize operational application by conducting scenario -based exercises in which participants successfully demonstrate role -based competencies, including communication protocols, resource coordination, and safety decision -making. Through these outcomes, the Contingency Relief Funds translate into increased local capacity, stronger coordination systems, and a more prepared, connected community capable of responding effectively in the critical hours, days, and months following a disaster.
